We are also members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS) this means if you decide to work with us you have the insurance that if we fail to comply with any legal requirements they will help you with your complaint against us.

Free feasibility study

Prior to a project commencing a feasibility study would be required in order to establish whether what you wish to achieve is actually viable. A feasibility study normally costs several hundred pounds, but we will do it absolutely FREE.

The feasibility study will include:

• Analysis of site to ascertain what you will be able to build or extend and what is achievable in terms of planning
• An initial report and outline drawings/diagrams
• An indicative design/first visualisation

How we work

We appreciate that every instruction will be unique and pride ourselves on offering a bespoke service to fit the demands of each and every client. Moving to a new managing agent or appointing one for the first time can seem like a daunting prospect, but we ensure the that the entire process is made as easy and efficient as possible.

No block is too small or too large and we also understand that some Directors will wish to be very hands on in the management of the property, but that others will not. However you wish to run things, we guarantee transparency throughout, so that you can be confident the property is in safe hands.
